I am the Co-Founding Co-Executive Officer for VakeWorks in Uganda, formerly VakeWorks’ Research and Development + Certification and Compliance Coordinator. As a Food Scientist + Technologist, my conviction is that food security and nutrition only matter if the underlying systems actually work end-to-end.
My focus at VakeWorks is:
- Coordinating Research and Development across our Ugandan farmer + producer network.
- Certification and Compliance Services — bridging local regulatory + food-safety frameworks with VakeWorks’ radical-transparency commitments.
- Empowering schools, farmers, consumers and processors through digital sovereign systems — applying the OpenEarth Network’s open standards to food + supply-chain integrity in East Africa.
I collaborate with farmers, schools, communities and processors to strengthen food safety, traceability, and post-harvest handling practices, building scalable + sustainable systems that improve product quality, nutrition, and supply-chain integrity.
