I am the Co-Founding Research and Development Coordinating Officer for VakeWorks in India, coordinating field R&D between VakeWorks AB (Sweden) and VakeWorks India Private Limited (Chennai). I am a horticulture graduate trained in crop production, permaculture, and sustainable agriculture, with field-level experience in climate-smart farming, resource-efficient cultivation, and community-based agricultural interventions.
Cultivating more than crops — my focus at VakeWorks is on:
- Regenerative + permaculture-designed cultivation as the upstream substrate for VakeWorks’ radically transparent food networks; soil vitality and biodiversity treated as first-class outputs alongside the harvest itself.
- Climate-smart, resource-efficient agriculture that scales gracefully from a single farm to a regional network — feeding into VakeWorks’ anyscale food processing tech (small-batch artisanal · single-farm · cooperative · regional distribution).
- Community-based agricultural interventions translated into verifiable produce-, process-, and ecological-transparency records under the VakeWorks framework — turning trust between consumer and grower from rhetoric into contract.
Together with the VakeWorks India operations team I coordinate research projects that connect the OpenEarth Network’s open standards work with on-the-ground food sovereignty — see the Transparency Pledge (Ecological · Income · Produce · Process · Profits) for the unified frame.
