Charcuterie + cured meats from our small Swedish farm.

  • Slow Charcuterie — beef, pork and other wild animals salted, smoked and slowly air-dried for three months in the cold and dry mountain airs of Jamtland (Jämtland). Expected in Summer 2026.
  • Forest Cows beef — from a unique herd of cows that graze freely in production forests at the very geographic midpoint of Sweden
  • Free Pigs pork — from our genebank of Swedish heritage breed of Linderodsvin (Linderödsvin) pigs raised freely and slowly in forests and fields

VakeWorks is committed to sovereign-aligned e-commerce — we do not use payment intermediaries (Amazon, Shopify, Stripe, PayPal) nor any platform that takes a fraction of sales as “convenience services” fees.

Current: place inquiries + orders via service@vake.works. We respond with availability, pricing, and EU-rail payment options (SEPA bank transfer, Swedish bank Swish, EU-based card processor if card needed).

Roadmapped: self-hosted open-source e-commerce platform on our sovereign infrastructure paired with jurisdiction-appropriate payment rails (direct bank transfer, regional instant-payment systems, EU-based card processors only where unavoidable). Full data sovereignty + no convenience-fee skim on our margins.
