Matrix end-to-end encryption for your private rooms, on your own Matrix homeserver and a branded client you control. Federate with whom you choose, or keep it closed — registration and federation are yours to set.
Leave with your data
Matrix IDs and signed-data export mean you are never trapped. Transfer-out is a first-class feature: a running instance plus its keys, handed to you to self-host or move.
Your brand, our engine
The full OpenEarth superset app, branded as yours — your logo, colours and domain (me.yourcompany.com). The only shared visible brand mark is a small "Powered by VakeWorks vX.Y.Z"; the About / Licenses screen additionally credits the open Matrix stack (connect2x / Trixnity) as their licences require.
AGPL, self-host forever
The build is yours under AGPL — run it forever, offline, on your own hardware. Rebuild it from public source and your exported data, fully VakeWorks-independent.
The moat is value, never lock-in. What you can pay for is staying current and secure, managed operation, and support — not the software itself, and not the right to leave.

The code is yours
Released under AGPL. You keep — and may redistribute — everything you receive. We never restrict who you pass it to. (The VakeWorks name and mark stay ours.)
It runs forever
No kill-switch, no licence expiry. A lapsed subscription gates your next update; it never disables the build you already run.
Every release is traceable
The "Powered by VakeWorks vX.Y.Z" stamp ties each live instance to a public source tag — satisfying AGPL §13, so anyone we serve can get the exact running version's source.

Managed instances are provisioned, hardened, backed up and kept current by VakeWorks — or self-host the free Sovereign tier and subscribe to our update channel to stay secure. Every tier keeps the exit guarantee: cancel and you keep your build and your data.
